Training ContentThis training focuses on the setup and operation of compressed air braking systems in trucks, buses, and trailer vehicles. This training is aimed at supervisors and mechanics from forwarding companies, transport authorities, or other companies with little or no previous knowledge of compressed air braking systems.
The following topics and learning objectives are dealt with:- Physical basics
- Read and understand pneumatic circuit diagrams
- Basic structure and components of compressed air processing
- Setup, function, and testing of the compressed air brake system (truck, trailer, and bus)
- Setup, function, and testing of the trailer control unit
- Setup, function and test of the parking brake system
- Effect test on the roller test bench
- Basics of the electronic braking system (EBS)
- Basic knowledge of air suspension
After the training, you can perform the testing and adjustment of compressed air braking systems and devices as well as the resulting maintenance and repairs correctly.
In addition, we recommend our basic knowledge of eLearning braking systems for preparation and follow-up. -
