This training covers the setup and control of WABCO ECAS systems in motor vehicles and trailers. The training is intended for mechanics, technicians and engineers with a basic knowledge of electronics for motor vehicles and air pressure braking systems.
The following topics and learning objectives are covered:
- Setup and operation of the WABCO ECAS systems and components in motor vehicles and trailers
- Explanation of braking diagrams and diagrams of ECAS systems and their operation
- Testing and troubleshooting WABCO PC diagnostics
- Calibration of the system (setting the road sensor)
- Importance and influence of WABCO ECAS parameters in the motor vehicle and trailer
After the training you can independently and systematically carry out repair and maintenance of ECAS systems.
