In this training, everything you need to know about Trailer EBS C/D/E is taught. This training is aimed at employees of trailer manufacturers as well as master craftsmen, mechanics and apprentices, vehicle electricians and diagnosticians from commercial vehicle workshops, freight forwarders or other companies from the commercial vehicle environment.
The following topics and learning objectives will be covered:
Structure and mode of operation of WABCO EBS (C, D) and EBS components in trailer vehicles
Explanations of the system design and circuit diagrams for drawbar and semi-trailers
ECU internal functions, diagnostics and parameterization
Conventional air suspension with rotary vane valve (TASC) and RTR function
Automatic lift axis control via T-EBS D modulators
System design trailer EBS E (T-EBS E) standard, premium and multi-voltage modulators
Explanations of the system design and circuit diagrams for drawbar and semi-trailers
Integrated electronically controlled air suspension (ECAS) and extended lift axle functions
Calibration of the ECAS displacement sensors and commissioning of the system
Checking the system with WABCO PC System Diagnostics
Handling of ODR (Operating Data Recorder) storage and evaluation
This course fulfills the requirements for participation in the Intensive Practical Training Trailer 2. The training days of this course also meet the criteria from the Service Partner contract for the required further education.
