Prerequisites
- One of the following training courses is required: Company or master examination as a motor vehicle/automotive mechanic or electrician, body and vehicle manufacturer, metal builder (specialization in automotive engineering) or agricultural machinery mechanic or Dipl.-Ing, Dipl.-Ing. (FH), Ing. (degree) of mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering at least in the field of automotive engineering
- Successful SP basic training
- The time interval between the date of the initial applicant and repeater SP training course may be max. 36 months. If more than 38 months are exceeded, a 4-day SP course is required for first-time applicants

Utbildningsinnehåll och målRepeat training for the performance of the SP safety examination (with theoretical and practical final examination) according to § 29 StVZO and Annexes VIII to the StVZO.
