In this training, you will learn all the important basics of brake testing on the roller test bench.
This training is aimed at workshop managers, mechanics, and diagnostics technicians from commercial vehicle workshops, forwarding companies, transport authorities, as well as people from the commercial vehicle environment.
The following topics are covered:

• Declarations of the EU braking belts, error patterns, brake test with the roller test bench
• Extrapolation of brake forces, reading of a brake calculation
• Reading and interpreting an ALB badge and an EBS system sign
• Explanation of the legal provisions according to the EC Directive ECE-R13

After the training, you will be able to test a compressed-air braking system in a commercial vehicle on a roller test bench and correctly analyze the measurement results. You know how to correctly adjust the load train on a vehicle combination and how to check an ALB setting correctly.
